Affligem Blonde

Beer Description

A classic Belgian Abbey Blond Ale brewed according to the "Formula Antiqua Amicus" legacy. It undergoes a high-temperature top-fermentation process followed by a crucial secondary fermentation in the bottle (or pressurized tank for kegs) which develops its signature complex carbonation and maturity. Originally brewed by the Benedictine monks of Affligem; it remains an "Authentic Belgian Abbey Beer," a protected title requiring production to be overseen by the monks.
