Bohemia Weizen

Beer Description

Bohemia Weizen is a Kristallweizen-style wheat beer launched in summer 2011 by Cervecería Cuauhtémoc Moctezuma (CCM) in Mexico — a fully-owned Heineken subsidiary since 2010. CCM was founded in 1890 in Monterrey and is now Mexico's largest brewer. Bohemia Weizen was added as a craft-style specialty to the Bohemia range — itself one of Mexico's oldest beer brands. At 5.7% ABV and 11 IBU it is a filtered, clear golden wheat beer with banana, citrus, and coriander notes, in the German Kristallweizen tradition.
