Graff entered the Heineken portfolio through Brasseries de la Meuse's acquisition of the Brasserie Graff de Rennes. Heineken held a minority stake in Brasseries de la Meuse from 1938 to 1966. The founding year of 1890 is an estimate based on the brewery's regional prominence in the pre-war era.
