Kujawiak is a regional brand from the Kuyavia region of north-central Poland, brewed by Warka Brewery under Grupa Żywiec (Heineken). Żywiec Group is 61% owned by Heineken International and has been since the 1990s acquisition. Kujawiak Mocne ('Strong') is the stronger variant of the Kujawiak range, positioned as a mainstream strong lager for the Polish market. The name Kujawiak refers to the Kujawy region and its folk traditions.
