Beer Description

A lighter, golden cousin to Kulmbacher's famous dark Eisbock, Maibock is brewed for spring with Pilsner, Vienna and Munich malts at 7.2% ABV. Full-bodied and bready with a clean hop bitterness, it represents the lighter side of the historic Bavarian bock tradition from Kulmbach — a town with nearly 700 years of continuous brewing history and an indirect Heineken connection via Brau Holding International.
