Oedipus Dorinku

Beer Description

Dorinku (Do-Ri-N-Ku ドリンク) is Oedipus Brewing's low-alcohol sour, first released in 2019 as the brewery's entry into the low and no-alcohol category. The name is a phonetic spelling of the Dutch word 'doordrinken' (to keep drinking) in Japanese katakana, inspired by Asia as a place of the future. Brewed with citrus peel and a combination of Cascade, Citra, and Mosaic hops, it won a Bronze Medal at the Dutch Beer Challenge 2020 in the low and no-alcohol category. Oedipus Brewing was founded in Amsterdam in 2013 by four friends and is a Heineken craft subsidiary. At 0.5% ABV it is classified as alcohol-free in most markets.
