Texels Springtij

Texels Springtij is a strong top-fermented blonde beer from the Texelse Bierbrouwerij — named after the springtij, the period of the tidal cycle when the difference between high and low water is at its greatest. On Texel, surrounded by the powerful North Sea tides, the springtij is a dramatic and defining natural phenomenon. The beer captures that energy: brewed with special hop varieties that give Springtij its surprising floral aroma and herbal character — a strong blonde at 7.5% ABV that is fuller than its colour suggests.
