Tui Dark

Beer Description

Tui Dark is a dark ale from Tui Breweries (DB Breweries / Heineken Asia Pacific) in Mangatainoka, New Zealand. Launched in 2012, it is a blend of five malts and New Zealand hops at 4% ABV — full-flavoured with a discernible bitterness. Tui was first brewed on the banks of the Mangatainoka River in 1889. DB Breweries was acquired by Asia Pacific Breweries (APB) in 2004 and became fully part of Heineken in 2012. Tui Dark is described as malzig with notes of chocolate on the palate and a long finish.
