Zagorka Gold was the premium expression of Bulgaria's most storied beer brand, brewed at the historic Zagorka Brewery in Stara Zagora — the first brewery privatised in Bulgaria and Heineken's entry point into the country in 1994. A richer, more golden take on the standard Zagorka lager, discontinued in the early 2000s as the portfolio was streamlined.
