Adelscott

Beer Description

Adelscott is a unique amber-colored lager known for its distinctive "whiskey-malt" character. This is achieved through a specialized process using Scottish malt smoked with peat, mimicking the profile of a Scotch whisky. Historically brewed in Alsace, its production moved to the Hauts-de-France brewery in 2025 following the closure of the Schiltigheim site.
