Affligem Dubbel

Beer Description

A classic Belgian Abbey Dubbel brewed with a high concentration of roasted malts—twice the amount used for the Blond—which provides its signature color and body without relying on heavy caramelization. It features secondary fermentation in the bottle (or pressurized tank for kegs), a 14-day warm room maturation process that develops complex yeast phenols and deep, layered flavors.
