Calanda Lager

Beer Description

Calanda Lager belongs to the Swiss Calanda brewing tradition in Chur, with the Calanda Bräu name dating from 1971. Heineken acquired Calanda Haldengut in 1993, bringing the regional Grisons beer identity into its Swiss brewing portfolio. The beer is known as a clean European pale lager with Alpine associations, pale golden colour, filtered clarity, gentle malt character, and crisp bitterness. Within the archive, it represents one of Heineken’s important Swiss regional lager brands.
