Inventing the wheel again is a no go, so looking for builds that I want to try 🙂

    (Taken from  https://maxroll.gg/)

This build guide assumes you have a Level 50 Character and finished the Campaign. You also need a ‍Glacial Aspect to get started

    Active Skills
‍Blizzard is our main damage skill but we only put 1 point into it, because all the damage comes from ‍Glacial Ice Spikes. An important tip to conserve Mana is to not overcast ‍Blizzard. 1-3 casts is usually enough for normal mobs, and 4-6 should take care of Elites. The damage doesn’t come out instantly, so you just have to wait a second or two for the monsters to die. Casting more ‍Blizzards during this time barely makes the process faster and puts a very large strain on your Mana.
‍Fire Bolt is only here for the Enchantment.
‍Teleport is our main mobility skill, which also serves as a CC break.
‍Frost Nova applies Vulnerable and instantly Freezes all enemies, greatly increasing our damage.
‍Ice Armor gives us a huge Barrier and a bit of Mana regen.
‍Flame Shield provides even more defense, as well as some healing.
‍Inferno is our last active skill; we use it to pull enemies together

    Enchantment Slots
Sorcerers can choose two skills to put into Enchantment Slots, where they provide powerful passive bonuses. ‍Blizzard Sorcerer uses the following Enchantments:

‍Fire Bolt Enchantment lets us benefit from Damage Reduction from Burning Enemies, ‍Devouring Blaze, ‍Flamefeeder, and ‍Fiery Surge (in the early game).

    ‍Teleport Enchantment provides extra mobility.
The other Enchantment used in this build is ‍Ice Shards Enchantment which is very useful for speedfaming.

    Minimum Requirements‍

    Glacial
This Aspect is mandatory for the build to work and you need to find it before you even start.

Unlock the following Aspects in your Codex of Power:‍Prodigy’s in Witchwater (Hawezar)
    ‍Control in Sunken Library (Kehjistan)
‍Disobedience in Halls of the Damned (Kehjistan)
‍Storm Swell in Onyx Hold (Dry Steppes)
    ‍Snowguard’s in Fetid Mausoleum (Hawezar)
‍Bounding Conduit in Komdor Temple (Dry Steppes)
‍Umbral in Champion’s Demise (Dry Steppes)
    ‍Snowveiled in Sarat’s Lair (Scosglen)

Find the following Legendary Aspects either as a random drop or by gambling with Obols:‍Frozen Tundra: Gamble FocusesThis Aspect is a huge damage multiplier, but the roll on it doesn’t matter at all.
‍Conceited: Gamble FocusesReplaces ‍Umbral when you have enough Mana.
    ‍Everliving: Gamble PantsReplaces ‍Snowveiled
    ‍Concussive StrikesReplaces ‍Bounding Conduit
Acquire the following Unique items either as a random drop or by farming specific Boss drops.
Note: You cannot gamble Unique items with Obols!‍Tal Rasha’s Iridescent Loop (Varshan)Replaces ‍Prodigy’s
    ‍Tibault’s Will (Duriel)Replaces ‍Disobedience
If you’re lucky enough to obtain the following Uber Uniques, they’re useful for the build.‍Ring of Starless Skies can replace ‍Control, providing more damage against Bosses and tons of Mana Cost Reduction.

    Head (Harlequin Crest)

Resource Generation and Cooldown Reduction are both top priority for this build. The Damage Reduction also helps survivability with the higher difficulty content.

    Snowguard’s Aspect
    Best Slot: Chest

With  Blizzard constantly being cast while entering and exiting, this Aspect will always be active providing needed survivability.

    Aspect of The Frozen Tundra
    Best Slot: Hands
Can Also Go In: Amulet, Weapon, Hands, Ring

While having Ice Spikes during Deep Freeze is nice, we are actually after the second part of this Aspect and that’s the 50% Increased radius of our main damage dealer in the Ice Spikes from  Glacial Aspect hitting more enemies and generating more damage with overlap.

    Tibault’s Will
    Best Slot: Legs
    Source: Drop

In tandem with  Teleport applying Unstoppable when cast, these legs are the rare exception for providing damage buffs in the Leg Slot.

    Esu’s Heirloom
    Best Slot: Feet
    Source: Drop

Mobility and Damage is a match made in Heaven, or hell. The mana cost reduction also goes a long way.

    Glacial Aspect
    Best Slot: Amulet
Can Also Go In: Amulet, Weapon, Hands, Ring
    Source: Drop

The Main Aspect. This build cannot function without it. Because of this, it needs to be in the Amulet to take advantage of the Item Slots scaling bonus with Aspects.  Glacial Aspect is our main damage dealer when you cast  Blizzard. Its coverage is immense and everything is built around making the Ice Spikes hit harder and faster.

    Tal Rasha’s Iridescent Loop
    Best Slot: Ring 1

Tal Rasha’s Iridescent Loop is by far the Best in Slot ring for all Sorcerers. Its Damage increase is second to none. Using our Core elements, we can easily stack up to a base of 45% increased damage by dealing Lightning, Cold or Fire damage by using different skills or Enchantments.

    Ring of Starless Skies
    Best Slot: Ring 2

Ring of Starless Skies – as expected with an Uber Unique, this thing is a damage powerhouse. Its Unique ability goes hand in hand with constantly casting.

    Aspect of Control
    Best Slot: Main Hand
Can Also Go In: Amulet, Gloves, Ring
    Source: Sunken Library in Kehjistan

Aspect of Control thrives off this build as we Stun, Immobilize, and Freeze everything in our path! Every Skill provides some aspect of Crowd Control that allows this Aspect to shine!

    Storm Swell Aspect
    Best Slot: Off-Hand
Can Also Go In: Amulet, Weapon, Gloves, Ring
    Source: Drop

While not a main choice for a lot of people due to the double requirement of both Vulnerable and Barrier needing to be active, it still remains an integral part of the build. The damage is sorely needed, and the build ensures Vulnerable is kept up with  Frostblitz Aspect giving us  Frost Nova with Barrier seeing love across the board with  Ice Armor and  Flame Shield being used with supporting Passives like  Protection. There should never be an issue where this Aspect isn’t providing us with a great damage boost.
